    Room wasn't ready at check-in time.Mold,mildew in air conditioning unit,carpet,bathroom. Musty smelling. Junk cars in parking lot. Hotel needs to be condemned,totally renovated or destroyed. Staff was friendly. Other guests felt the same way. Spoke with several other guests at different hotels and this seems to be a problem with several hotels in the Shreveport area.

    This is the worst hotel I have ever seen.We left immediately and searched for somewhere else to stay. I have stayed in some questionable places before, but I could not consider spending 1 night in this rathole.

    The staff at this hotel were very efficient and friendly. However, the room seemed to carry moisture in the carpets/curtains, making a musty feeling. The TV remotes are given to you at time of check in (mine didn't work) and no clock in the room. If you only want a place to sleep this works, but if you want the luxury of all the hotels around the immediate area then plan accordingly.

    Rooms dirty Aircon busted TV. No remote working Passageway dirty Water from air dripping and flooding on floors Location is OK bu accomodation terrible. Hotels in theird and fourth world countries would certainly be better.

    Hospitality is excellent. The personnel were friendly and would assist you with you every need. They had lots of patience and congeniality.This inn should not include suite in its title, since there aren't any suites. Additionally, the rooms need updating, i.e., the decor, the tv, furniture, accessories. Additionally, rooms do not have clock radios, facial tissue and not every room have lamps and/or tvs. The rooms had a musty odor. The second room I was in was not as bad.Only because of the excellent personnel service would I recommend this inn to anyone.
