| Hotel as a great location overlooking the river.The room was clean, but had a musty smell from the air-condition.Over all it was a very nice stay.

| The hotel key system did not work properly. They were rude beyond belief when I tried to address the isue. I had to wait an hour to allow them to get to me and let my family into the room. They did not show any empathy what so ever to me as a customer. Just pitiful. Period.

| This hotel was very nice. The only concerns were we were at the end of a non smoking hallway and one morning we could smell smoke in our room. It seem to have been coming from the vents. It wasn't unbearable, but I am very sensitive the smoke. Also the attendent at breakfast was not very efficient in keeping supplies stocked. The room was very clean and decorated very nice. We enjoyed our stay.
