| After reading some of the previous reviews I was somewhat concerned with the rooms we had selected for a recent four day getaway to the city. But we were more than pleased with all aspects of the hotel, from an early check-in to the hotel baggage hold at the end of our trip. The room was very comfortable although the view was not the greatest, just all the more reaseon to get out into the city and explore the area which there was much to see & do. Would definitely go back at the price we got by booking over the internet.

| Great location but not for the claustrophobic. Has all the hotel features anyone needs in a very compact space. Efficient check-in and out, with decent restaurant attached. I'd stay here again.

| This hotel did not meet our needs. The overview and description given made Club Quarters seem quaint yet comfortable - however, our room was cramped, provided only a few amenities and wasn't cleaned until 5 p.m. each day or three total.

| I selected Club Quarters based on location, which is undeniably good. I spent one of the most uncomfortable nights I believe I've ever experienced while travelling.

| The hotel in itself is nice: Nice reception, nice and clean rooms, however small. The location is perfect: close to the Sears Towers, State and Washington streets with all the shops; the Art Institute and the Millennium Park are very close as well. However the service from the reception personal was very poor: rude and unhelpful while they were actually not really busy... which I had never seen before in Chicago. This was the third hotel we stayed in downtown Chicago and by far the worst... but may be we were just spoiled the last two times!

| I was quite comfortable in Club Quarters, everything went smoothly and requests were quickly met. Being on Adams Street, it allows one to visit the whole downtown of Chicago on foot. I particularly enjoyed the pleasant lobby with the extra very fine coffee you get there all day long. Access to internet is also an important plus. Less pleasant was the noise that sometimes seriously disturbed my sleep.

| a nice private hotel where "down time" really is possible. Only real problem is noise from slaming doors of other guest rooms which are only inches apart in some cases. Not unusual in converted office building hotels.

| Club Quarters is nicely located just blocks from Michagin Avenue. Make a left onto Michagin Ave from Adams and you're headed to a wonderful world of shopping, resturants, and amazing architecture. You can walk most of the distance about 15 -20 minutes to see all there is to see. If you're looking for the Sear's Tower that's a 5 minute walk up from the Hotel. The hotel was super clean, the rooms were always made in the morning. The service was good they keep our bags checked until we had catch our flight. I would definitely go there again and recommend it to anyone going to the "windy" city.
