In town for a Boys State function at BGSU. Nicely located nearby the campus area. Room was decent. Newer tile, sink and toilet in bathroom but the tub and shower area were old and dirty. Water was full of rust coming out of the faucet in the shower area. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Not sure if this hotel allowed pets or not but somebody a floor below us had a non-stop yelping dog that could be heard from all of the floor vents beginning at 6 am. Luckily we were already up and almost checking out for breakfast at that time or the management would have heard from us for sure. We did not use the indoor pool area but it looked nice and clean. Ice machine on second floor out of commission on a very hot weekend. For the money--not too bad: it was "doable" but if other hotels are been available, I would not stay here again.

Hotel needs remodeled and updated. Beds and bathroom were clean but spider webs were plentiful throughout the hotel. Cleaning seems to concentrate on the middle and not the corners or along the walls. Very nice updated lobby and nice little complementary breakfast included.

This hotel certainly isn't filthy or scary, but neither is it clean or comfortable. I think it fits nicely into the 2 star category. Our room had stains on the carpet, and was a bit dingy and dark. The halls to the rooms are quite shabby, but the Lobby seems nice enough. We didn't use the pool or other facilities while we were there so I can't speak to them. Basically, if you are looking for a budget hotel for one night I'd say this is fine. If you expect anything from a hotel, or are staying for any amount of time, I would look elsewhere.

The grounds were not maintained. The hallways were dark and had a smell. The "high speed" internet operated at 11meg do to poor signal. Cluncky 8 or 9 letter user ID and password, had to be changed each day of the stay. No food services. Quick check in and check out because of reservation via Expedia.

This hotel could have "freshened up" its rooms. Although not bad, it looked as though it had not been attended to as often as needed. I also realize that it gets a lot of expressway and college business, especially during special weekends at the university. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and the noise level was very low, which I liked.

This place was terrible. Dirty and rundown. The mattress was also bad. The hallways smelled like smoke. I will never stay here again.

Though the hotel was filled with guests and the rate was reasonable, the hotel restaurant/sports bar was out of business and the hot tub was closed. There is no continental breakfast or any offering beyond coffee.

good price for one overnight stay, needs some renovations. Was rushed to leave in the AM. the staff knocked on the door twice before the 11Am checkout to see if we were leaving and then some one also called to asked if we were checking out that day. Due to being rushed we left our phone charger in the room.

Stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites for 4 nights. Excellent location across from BGSU, great value for the price. Bathroom looked newly renovated and comparable to hotels with more stars. I forgot my expensive leather jacket in the room and only remembered at the end of the day. I went back and was very grateful to find that it was waiting for me. I would stay at the Quality Inn again.
