This neatly landscaped resort offers a central location in Lake Buena Vista, within two blocks of several restaurants and just one mile from Downtown Disney. Abundant recreational amenities include an outdoor pool and spa tub on a palm-fringed sundeck and courts for basketball and tennis. A game room, pool table, and children’s playground are also on the premises. Other amenities include a fitness room, guest laundry, and free parking. A concierge desk at a nearby companion property can assist with discounted attraction tickets and transportation to local theme parks.

| Got a little nervous when I arrived about 11:00 p.m. to a sign that said Check-in was closed. Apparently problem with overbooking BUT.....VERY friendly woman at front desk and MORE than helpful security guard took very good care of me. No phones or clocks was a surprise but not a problem. Did not know when I booked this that these were mostly timeshares etc. But overall, beautiful (small = mini-suite) room at very reasonable price. Thanks!!

| The Hotel exterior view and look is beautiful. It is a feast for the eyes. It is close to restaurants and Disney World which is nice. I requested a non-smoking room, we received an upgrade which we thank them for; unfortunately, however, while the room was comfortable it reaked of cigarette smoke. That is the first thing you smell when you open the door. I also read the room guide and found that we had to pay for our room to be cleaned - many families save for months and the last thing for them to be concerned with is using their funds to pay for a service that should be included in the stay as do many other motels/hotels offer. They should not have to choose between getting their rooms cleaned or enjoying a vacation with their family. We liked the grounds, it was comfortable enought to sleep there, however I will not stay again nor do I recommend it for others. I thought I was saving myself sometime and washed our clothes there in our room and when we got home I had to re-wash them because of the cigarette smell.

| We found the Celebrity Lake Buena Vista suite to have a lot of room and comfortable beds. We had 3 bedrooms, two baths and small kitchen. The renovation of some suites did not affect us. However there was a shattered closet door, broken towel rack and cockroaches in the bathrooms. Water pressure was low. The main amenity was a small pool that was just OK. It is located very near an entrance to Disney World, highway, local shopping and several restauants. No shuttle to WDW.

| I had requested and paid for a 3 bedroom unit. When we (party of 8) arrive at the hotel, the security was on the desk because we arrive after the office official closed. He had no record of us needing a 3 bedroom unit. He stated they only left him 2 one bedrooms and we should check in the morning. The next morning I asked at the desk and she said someone was checking out this morning but the room would not be ready until housekeeping cleaned it. My question was if I prepaid already why was the room not available? So we put all our luggage back in the van on went on to Universal. When we returned later that evening we were given the room key. The rooms were excellent but the door that divides the units was locked. So I went to the front desk and they couldn't find the key so we had to wait for security to unlock it. That was around 10:00 pm. The next day I requested tidy housekeeping service for both units. They only did 1 side and not the other. Basically everyday we stayed there was a problem except the day I left. Where I come from customer service is always top priority!!!

| Were pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were, had everything you could want. Especially loved the huge jacuzzi tub! Walking distance to restaurants.
