| Hotel is in convenient location across from Sarasota airport, and just a few mils from the center of town. Room was extremely well cleaned each day. The continental breakfast room can be a madhouse especilly on a weekend, with lots of kids taking up lots of space. We used it once, but gave up on the wait for a waffle iron or for staff to refill the saugsage/biscuit warmer. Easier to grab some coffee, juice and fruit and take it to your room. Having a microwave and fridge a major plus. This is our second stay here and we recommend it for value and location.

| Kudos to front desk staff for professionalism and courtesy. Building was clean and well managed. Don't forget to check out the pool and spa - the stacks of clean fluffy towels by the entry were the perfect touch.
