| The hotel was very good! Clean, convenient in regards to MDW airport, beatiful environment, delicious breakfast and so on. There is nothing I can complain about. If you're looking for a good place near midway airport (at most 15 minutes) definetly I recommend it!

| Everything was allright except the fact they check-in is in 3p.m. I arrived early in the morning and was a little bit suprise. And receptionist wasn't very kind - she just said that I have to wait and didn't seem to be very helpful... I was intended to wait several hours, but finally they found a room for me. The hotel itself is nice. Also, hotel is far from Chicago downtown - the only way to get there is by car or by taxi.

| Our family has stayed in a dozen different hotels, and this is our favorite! The room and pool are standard, but staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. This inexpensive hotel offers the best self-serve breakfast we have ever had, and it easily saved our family of four $40 dollars per day. We could choose from cereal, oatmeal, Danish, sausage and eggs, yogurt, generous fruit trays, or we could make our own Belgian waffles--chocolate or traditional, and top it with fresh strawberry or peach topping. Fresh popcorn and fruit are available in the lobby at other times.

| I felt confident I had reserved a non-smoking room. I arrived to the "smoking floor" and smoking room. Immediately identified to the Hotel the error. They stated they had no record of my preference. I asked for another room and no effort to accomodate me was made other than -sorry can't help. Sink was cracked. I hope this is just a fluke and I will try them again when I make another trip. Location is great. Parking is plenty and free.
