Our stay at the Embassey Suites Lakefront was wonderful from check-in to check-out. Even though we arrived early we were given a great room immediately. We had a lake view suite, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The cleaning staff was courteous, the desk clerk was friendly and welcoming, the lobby was impressive. We were able to self park at the attached garage and were just steps to elevator. Great full breakfast saved us money and time. Location was in the heart of downtown, we easily walked to Navy Pier and boat tour departure, and only one block from the Magnificent Mile. We will go back soon.

I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were given corner suite which was very quiet. The bed in nice. They do not offer any rollaway beds at this hotel, so make sure you are prepared to share your bed and sofa.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially room service and housekeeping. The free breakfast was nice with lots of choices (good for families). The location was within easy walking distance to Navy Pier and Magnificent Mile.

Hotel location is Great. Walk to Navy Pier and the Magnificent Mile. After check in we found that the hotel had not honored our King Bed-- Lake view Expedia reservation. We got 2 doubles and city view. A call to the desk did not get any help. I was advised that the hotel was not required to honor Expedia room choices and that my choice while on record, was not available. Paid a few extra dollars but got nothing. A bit frustrating. The breakfast is good, but a bit crowded. Parking is expensive, be prepared. Seems to be everywhere in downtown Chicago. All in all it was not perfect but I would go back.

A real suite! Privacy for mom and dad with kids on comfy pull-out couch. One tv in bedroom, another tv in sitting room. Very close to Navy Pier, our favorite Chicago attraction. Lots to do and see there! The best, I mean very best, free breakfast I've ever had.

I loved the location. Within walking distance of the Navy Pier, Michigan Street, Rush Street and public transportation. Concierge and entire staff was very helpful and pleasant. The free hot breakfast is a definite plus and a big money saver.

I was disappointed the hotel was full and we got stuck with a stinkin' smoking room, but the room was neat and nicely furnished, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the suite arrangement with two TVs is nice when your spouse likes to stay up all hours of the night. This hotel is in a great location near Navy Pier and all the "action" in downtown Chicago, and offers a nice breakfast in the morning with enough choices to satisfy those picky eaters.
