| The hotel is a bit difficult to find. They advertised a free shuttle available to the local T station - but it was not available on either day we were there. The hotel was almost empty, but I was denied a non-smoking room - the smell in the room was nausiating. The desk clerk was quite friendly and helpful with finding a nearby restaurant late at night and with providing directions the next morning to the T station.Overall, an okay hotel.

| This hotel was just fine. We chose it 1) because of the price and 2) the convenience of location (or so we thought). A free shuttle to the subway station was mentioned online, but it turns out it's a free shuttle on demand as long as there's someone there to drive it. That was a little inconvenient, but it wasn't the end of the world. A cab ride didn't cost very much. The hotel was also near a very nice shopping mall, the South Shore Plaza.Overall, the staff was great, very pleasant and accomodating. I think I'd stay there again, but I would definitely do a rental car because the subway ride to downtown felt a little on the long side after doing it once or twice.
