The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is very near to the city center. Overall, it was a good experience. I recommend this hotel to all who visit Vienna.

This hotel has a good location with large, but dusty rooms. It is located about 15min walk to the opera. You can even take a tram. I recommend buying a multi-day tram pass. This hotel has the worst service. The receptionists are unfriendly. We stayed for four nights and there was something wrong almost every day. One day, room service did not give us any towels. When I asked for a wakeup call, we got it half an hour late (good thing we did not need to catch a plane). On the departure day we had an early flight and when we ordered a car service, the receptionist gave us a wrong price. In addition, when the driver came to pick us up, he was given a wrong room number even though I checked three times to make sure that the reception has a correct room number. The receptionist on duty did not allow us to take the car service until he called a wrong room at 5:00am to make sure that we were the once who ordered a ride. I will never stay again in this hotel.

Very nice hotel. The folks at the front desk are very kind and helpful. The hotel is well located, two blocks away from an internet cafe (inside a small mall), a Segafredo coffee shop and a train station (from which you pay 3 euros to go the airport). And very close to trams. We didn't find many restaurants around it though, but that was fine. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The only problem with this hotel (which is not unique to this one) is the outrageous breakfast rate (14 euros per person per day). Don't pay for it, go to the Segafredo.

Through expedia we got an excellent deal on this hotel. The hotel itself is a clean and up-to-date affair located just a bit out of the center of the city. It is about 10-15 minutes by foot to the RingStrasse, and is also only 10-15 minues away from the South Train station. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, but there are shops within a few minutes' walk at the train station, which also has trains running to the airport every 30 minutes or less. This is a well-situated hotel that deserves its 3 1/2 star rating. It is definitely not 4 stars in luxury, but it clean and comfortable.
