The Ritz Key Biscayne was simply wonderful. The property is just beautiful, the food is fantastic, the rooms are nothing grand but large, clean, comfortable, the bed was pure heaven. They could use another Restaurant and the lobby lounge service was lacking but the food at the relaxed Cantina was great, at Ciopinno was awesome and even the light fare in the Lobby was great. I would definitely go back, so close to Miami if you want action but yet far removed from it all for relaxation. This place was perfect, the spa was amazing, the beach was lovely and the pool areas were great too. Overall, highly recommended. I cannot wait to go back.

This was our second time to visit The Ritz at Key Biscayne and both times have been excellent experiences. This year's visit was even better since our timing was perfect - great weather, calm, clear & warm water. The rooms are well kept and cleaned 2x/day. The resort has 3 outdoor pools so if you don't care too much being around families & children, you can always go to one that's not crowded. They have limited dining options, but you'll be happy with whatever they have to offer. The staff are very courteous and always maintain professional demeanor. Workout swim, play tennis, golf, kayaking, wind surfing and etc...It's The Ritz! so you know it's all about client satisfaction.

Everything you would expect from a luxury resort. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, pool area was great, restaurants were delicious. The food and drinks at the hotel were not off-season rates, and were quite expensive (although worth an indulgence). The town of Key Biscayne is hard to reach from the hotel (on foot anyway), and doesn't offer much in the way of restaurants or bars. Taxis to South Beach were pricey as well (around $40). Since it was August, there was the threat of a storm each day, but it only actually rained on us once. Naturally, Ernesto came through the next week, so be sure to get the insurance plan if travelling this time of year. This was a great relaxing atmosphere. If you're looking for bar hopping, people watching, and clubs....just stay on Miami Beach!

We visited in the "off season" so that was a plus in terms of having plenty of staff available and not too crowded. A few little slips, like no wake-up call, and difficulty reaching staff by phone, but hardly worth mentioning compared to the pleasant and efficient service, wonderful food, gorgeous surroundings--everything you expect from the R-C!

This place is as gorgeous as you would expect a Ritz property to be. The Lobby and Reception areas are stunning, the flagship restaurant is outstanding and the service from the bellmen to the club level are exemplary. Two complaints: The beach area is not very attractive and the beach attendants are extremely rude and not very attentive. Although the beach is accessible and the surf calm, don't expect crystal white sand and beautiful vistas. Nor should you expect prompt, cheerful help with beach setups or drink service. Considering the high level of service elsewhere in the property, this was disappointing.

I was a little disappointed at first due to an over sight on my part. I should of ask for ocean front, instead of ocean view. I didn't like looking out my balgony seeing building/ocean. I like my privacy.Although I didn't get the view i wanted the room, service was excellent. Very nice people, made you feel special.
