VILLA FEATURES AND AMENITIES Marriott's Desert Springs Villas II feature comfortable and spacious two bedroom, two bath villas accommodating up to eight people with accessible and non-smoking units on request. All villas have a patio or balcony with table and chairs accessible from the guest bedroom and living room. Renters receive a daily tidy service from housekeeping that includes emptying of all trash containers, making beds with existing linens, replenishing towels and vacuuming. Full housekeeping services are available at a daily charge with twenty-four hour advance notice. Portable cribs and high chairs on request at no additional charge subject to availability. Rollaway beds are not available. * The master bedroom has one king bed, alarm clock radio, closet with safe, color television, reading chair and private bath with shower, two person whirlpool tub and two vanities. A guest bedroom has two double beds, alarm clock radio, closet with safe, coffee maker and under-the-counter refrigerator, color television and private bath with shower, two person whirlpool tub and vanity. The living room includes a gas fireplace, queen size sofa sleeper and thirty-one inch color television with pay movies and video cassette player. A kitchen area has a dining table and chairs with place settings for eight, breakfast bar, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator-freezer with icemaker, stove and oven, toaster and all cooking and eating utensils. A small washing machine and dryer plus iron and board are available in a separate utility closet. * Villas can be sold three ways: as the full two bedroom suite described above, as a one bedroom suite with the master bedroom, kitchen area and living room or as a deluxe guest room including the guest bedroom only. The one bedroom suite and deluxe guest room can sleep up to four people. * VILLA SERVICES AND FACILITIES Babysitting arrangements, complimentary outdoor parking (no recreational vehicles), concierge desk in clubhouse, convenience store and delicatessan in clubhouse, pool bar and fast food venue at Palmeras pool, safe deposit boxes at front desk, shuttle service throughout property to and from designated stops, TTY communications equipment for hearing impaired guests, valet laundry service Monday through Saturday and Marriott Rewards frequent traveler program * RECREATIONAL FACILITIES Bicycle rentals, seven outdoor pool areas with heated swimming pools including lap lanes, a children's pool, several whirlpools and wheelchair lift; small health club with dry sauna, free weights, lifecycles, treadmills and locker facilities
