| This Villa was nice for the money spent. There was an ant problem and the stove was tempremental. I had a large family that needed a lot of space and it fit the bill. It was very close to everything. Kitchen had most items needed.

| We took the family there to spend spring break. It was a great time. The Villa was roomy, clean, and for the most part up to date. The only issue that we had was limited television channels, and no DVD player, which was OK since we brought our own. The villa that we stayed in was conveniently located near shopping, and restaurants. We are planning to have our family reunion there soon.

| We visited Kissimmee the week of February 6. We were very pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our villa and discovered a fully furnished, 3-bedroom, two bath condo with all of the comforts of home. The villa was located in a fairly quiet neighborhood but close to I-92, so access to stores and activities was easy. Amenities included all linens, dishes, pots and pans, etc. There are several mega stores in the area to buy groceries, dish soap, tissues, etc. The villa had a washer and dryer as well. The pool and recreation area were nice, but there was no gym, which was a little disappointing. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay for a reasonable price. It was a relief to have this kind of lodging to come back to after a long day of sightseeing.

| Our villa was in a quiet community on the edge of a small pond. The environment was quiet with no noisy neighbors. And it was beautiful and restful sitting outside absorbing the quiet. The villa was clean and spacious. We liked that when we had two small maintenance issues (a breaker tripped and the heat was turned off, and a toilet seat needed replacing) - the management responded the same day and handled our complaints. Excellent and responsive service from the management. The villa was close to all the attractions yet complete in itself because there was a well maintained pool and leisure room.

| We stayed at the the Laguna Bay Villas. The villa was conviently located within a 3 minute drive to the main highway 192 where there were many restuarants to pick from. A food store was also convient.Disney and Universal was approximately 10 minute drive.The villa was in excellent condition.I would highly recommend this Villa.
