| This hotel provided a wonderful staff that was very pleasant and friendly. My daughter was so impressed with the attention she received. I received the refrigerator I requested and the free internet service kept my daughter current while we enjoyed our trip. The hotel was also conveniently near the airport. I definitely would return to this hotel next year on my trip to West Palm Beach. Very highly recommended.

| Was welcomed by friendly shuttle driver at West Palm Beach airport who was dispatched promptly. Within 20 minutes of landing, I was in my room. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Room service was promptly delivered and was actually very good and reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast in the mroning was great with great selection. Great value and great service.
