The hotel was undergoing some remodeling, but we were still very staisfied with our stay there. The room was big and comfortable, and very clean. The cleaning crew was very friendly, and did a great job, two thumbs up for cleanliness. The continental breakfast could use a bit of improvement, and it was dissapointing to find there was not an elevator to the second floor. I think the hotel normally has a bistro or some sort of restaurant on site, but it was undergoing remodeling, so plan on dinning out until it is finished. Other than that, the location is GREAT because it was near John Pennekamp State Park for SUPER diving, it was near great restaurants like The Fish House, and really close to Walgreens, where we bought film, junk food, souveneirs, and even developed our film in an hour. I would definetly stay there again, and I would recommend it to my friends.

Our biggest complaint was that the lady in the reception refused to give change for two dollars that we needed for use in the laundry, so we had to go to a gas station. Try to get a room that is poolside. Rooms are comfortable and large. The breakfast was plentiful, but knifes, forks, glasses was not particulary clean.

This is the perfect hotel if you want to get away and relax. We were very pleased with our room. The staff were very friendly. The bartender at the Tiki bar gave us advice on what to see. They had dolphins at the marine mammal conservancy next door which was a few steps from our room. Overall an excellent experience that I would highly recommend for relaxation.
