| I would certainly look for another place to stay. It's an old hotel that hasn't been properly maintained.

| Our stay was great. The rooms are extremely large and the view of the falls from our room was beautiful. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the swimming pool.. It's a very small pool shared with another hotel which caused it to be constantly packed. Other than that, the stay was great.

| I have stayed at other Red Lion Inns and was disappointed in this one. The facility, in comparison to others in the immediate area were in pretty bad shape.

| I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned yet - no one had evidently checked it. They were more then willing to give me a new room. More towels need to be in the rooms or at the pool. Over all it was a good, clean and quiet place to stay. You can't hear your neighbors.

| Older hotel that has fantastic views of falls if you have a room facing that direction. We stayed in tower part of hotel as we had been advised. Rooms extra large and clean with small refrigerator and microwave. Very nice walking trails next to falls.

| It was a pool side room, the pool was empty and dirty. A full length window in both my door and window next to it, with blinds that would not cover the windows fully, allowing passersby at night to look in a bit. The door knob was wobbly, the dead bolt didn't work, and there was no other locking mechanism on the door. There was no hot water when I took a shower, and when I tried to turn up the heat to warm up after the cold shower it didn't work. Some of the electrical outlets didn't work. Didn't feel safe.

| I thought the Red Lion was a nice hotel until I went to the Red Lion in Idaho Falls. I was given a "pool side" room, it was not what I expected. We were seperated from the main hotel in this strip of rooms that wrap around the out door pool. The pool was closed and dirty. We felt like we were outcasts! The room had a funny smell to it. Our television was not working correctly and we were only able to get one channel and then it broke completely later that night. The shower had more water comming out of the bottom faucet than the shower head and the tub filled up with water while we were showering. The lights outside of the room were so bright we had to hang a comforter over the door/window. There was a little window air conditioner that was very dirty and very loud. I felt very uncomfortable in the room and I was very dissapointed. I will not be staying in the Red Lion Hotel in Idaho Falls again.
