| I had an unsatisfied experience with this hotel... had back pain with their matress, bed sheets has holes, carpet was filthy and there's no bulb in the lamp shade... overall, it's not worth the amount i paid that night.

| This hotel was a big disappointment! It said it was across the street from the ocean. It was but you had to cross a busy 4 line highway and then there was fencing so you actually had to walk several blocks to get to the beach. The manager would not bring a plunger to us when the toilet stopped up. We had to go get it. There was no ice machine, or ice cube trays. Our relatives had a smoking room but no ash trays and when they asked the manager said there were none available. It had a nice armoire but no hangers. It was clean. The maid was wonderful!!!!

| Although the hotel has been painted recently, it needs to go much further to bring it up to an acceptable standard. The furniture, especially bed, needs to be replaced. We never went barefoot in the room because the carpet was filthy. The location is terrific, and we would be willing to return if improvements were made.

| the room and the hotel itself were filthy and I did'nt even stay but just checked back out.
