| With only about 40 rooms the hotel is much smaller than we expected. The rooms on the 40th floor (top floor) are a little more difficult to access since the main elevators do not go to the top floor. Those on the top floor are required to leave one elevator and enter another. A little confusing the first time. Also, should you elect to eat on the 36 floor (great view) coordinate w/ the desk b4 going to the resturant. We received very poor service when just asking for a table at 5:30 with only 4 people seated for supper. Long wait to be seated, poor table selection, unfriendly hostess. Also all auto parking is off-site w/ only valet parking. Be sure you have everything you need b4 turning over your auto. Hotel staff are friendly (see resturant comment above), rooms clean, good views, OK sized rooms.

| Overall the hotel was great. The staff very helpful. I would go back here everytime. Jet tub was a nice perc. The place could use some remodeling/renovation. Looks kind of old and some wallpaper is peeling in spots. Outside of windows were full of spiderwebs. The walls are thin, you could virtually hear everything going on next door. The hotel apparently has/had a deal with some one to bring their guests to watch the fireworks on their observation deck. That wasn't right. I'm paying to stay there, and a bus load shows up and crowds out the paying guests. Not cool at all.

| The best thing about this hotel was the view of Niagara. Our room was on the 29th floor and overlooked the falls. One wall was floor to celing windows. It was breathtaking. The room was a bit small due to the odd shape, but the view made up for that! The desk staff allowed us to check in early and were very friendly.

| Wife and I have stayed at many hotels in the Niagara Falls area. We had never stayed at this Ramada, but are glad we did. The room was wonderful and the view was even better. Located near the new Casino, with plenty of places to eat or drink nearby. No onsight parking though.

| While this hotel doesn't have a lot of rooms, what they do have are quite nice. We had a "city view" room the first night(and we could see the American falls), and a gorgeous "fallsview" room the second evening. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We called to the front desk shortly after our arrival to notify them that the commode in our room was running every 2-3 minutes and with 5 minutes maintenance was there and fixed the problem! The rooms are small but well designed and tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay.

| The staff was very helpful and courteous upon our arrival. The rooms were a bit on the small side but not a problem for just 2 people. We ate in the restaurant which was a bit pricy but well worth it for the amazing food and an incredible view overlooking the falls. Our room was on the 30th floor which was a bit interesting b/c the elevator did not go that high so we had to take the stairs to get from 29th floor to the 30th. A bit strange if you ask me. Other than that we had a great stay

| The staff was very friendly. The valets were amazing with directions and must see places. The Pinnacle Restaurant on the 26th floor was the only negative of our trip. Pricey and low quality food and service. The rooms were small but nice other than old mattresses, definitly NOT pillowtops. Fallsview is a must have.

| Although a small hotel in terms of the number of rooms, it offers spectacular, unobstructed views of the falls with its "coffeee cup" shaped tower top. The staff were extremely helpful and obliging. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

| Although our stay was short, we thoroughly enjoyed this property. The Fallsview area felt less congested than Clifton Hill, but access to restaurants and other ammenities still solid. There is no self parking, but valet service is reasonably quick and attendants are helpful with directions and travel advice. You can also access the observation deck on the 25th floor for free (I believe at any hour) and the view of the Falls is splendid. The service is top notch. Upon arrival the concierge was honest about getting a better exchange rate from the casino and upon departure, when asked where to park our car for Falls attractions for the day, they suggested we leave the car instead of paying for parking elsewhere (we hadn't been at the hotel for 24 hours).

| We recently stayed 4 nights at this Hotel. We were absolutely thrilled with the incredible view of the Horsehoe Falls from our room. Truly the best view of the Falls is from this Hotel! It was awesome - we were actually higher than the fireworks display! Peaceful, quiet and very comfortable room - yes, small & cozy, but just right for a couple. It was an absolute delight and so clean, too. It's the first time in yrs I can remember not feeling "creeped out" by the uncleanliness of a hotel room. This room just sparkled! Excellent service from a friendly staff! Would not consider staying anywhere else ever! Definitely leave your car in the Valet and walk around the area - there are tons of things to do right near the Hotel.
