| Efficient check-in. Spotless room and bathroom. Liked having coffe-making facilities. The curtains and bedding looked new. It was far superior to our expectations. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

| Easy 5 minute drive to old Saint Augustine. Good location to beach and restaurants. Continental breakfast consisted of do-nuts, pastries, juices, and cereal.

| This hotel was a good place to stay, however its nothing too fancy just comfortable. The service was great and the room and beds were big enough for 3 adults to stay in for our trip. The continental breakfast consist of dounuts, cereal, and some fruit, we took advantage of this. The best part was that it is only two blocks from the ocean, walking distance. We also swam in the pool which was clean. My family had a great experience when we stayed there and we would probably stay there again.

| We were 100% satisfied with this hotel. The room was clean when we arrived 3 hours early, so they allowed us to go ahead and check in. Our room was cleaned, sheets were changed, and we were left extra towels each day. The location was great, it was right across the road from the beach, but there was also a public parking lot on the other side of the road that was free if you did not feel like walking. After viewing all of the other hotels on St. Augustine Beach, I would feel confident in saying that this is one of the nicer ones.

| For the price of the room...you can't beat the short (3 minute) walk to the beach that is just across the street. The beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable and housekeeping wasn't very reliable (4 day stay only had room cleaned once when we're used to it daily!). But for the price - we'll definetly go back and stay next time we visit the area. Great hotel overall!

| We spent one day and one night in St Augustine, mostly to spend time at the beach and check out the historic district. The location in relation to the beach is ideal, it's right across the street, and the pier is right there as well. The historic district is definitely NOT within walking distance, unless you're training for a marathon. We found the hotel to be clean and well maintained, although the floor was a little damp when we arrived. What else would you expect though from a hotel right on the beach? The lack of wireless in the rooms is a little inconvenient, especially now that most hotels offer wireless. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would stay again.

| We loved our hotel! We were surprised to find that it had a sitting area with a couch and desk that was a little separated from the bedroom area. The fridge was about a half sized fridge so we could put plenty in it and there was a microwave. It was just across from the beach and the pier. We will definitely go back.
