| I stayed at this location in early March. The airport shuttle arrived 10 minutes after I called them, the driver was courteous, check-in was a breeze, the room was cozy, neat and well-appointed for its class, the front desk was responsive, spa and pool areas were very inviting, and continental breakfast was plentiful. I like the suites because they remind you more of home due to the room dividers, and not just some square hotel room. I have made Springhill Suites my rewards program of choice and will DEFINITELY use them during my monthly visit to Baltimore. Happy guest, Lisa Mc.
