| This was a nice place. I had a room on the first floor, with a breathtaking view of an airshaft, but ... it was night, mostly, anyway. Nice, big towels on a heated towel-rack, good beds, temperature fine (once I turned on the control). Yes, the booze is free -- didn't drink much of it. Also free bottled water, soft drinks. Hotel staff very helpful, polite, all that. Would stay there again.

| Well appointed hotel, quiet, mini bar contents were included as well as an upper floor lounge with inclusive of free wine or cocktail. Close to George Square and the Mercantile area for food and cocktails.

| After a very long flight with delays and missed connections, we arrived in Glasgow Airport after 10pm. We took the bus and arrived within a few steps of the Carlton George. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. When we arrived in our room, it was beautiful, sparkling, and it had a fantastic view of the city. We were very tired and very much appreciated the free minibar which was stocked with soft drinks, bottled water as well as several alcoholic beverages. The location is wonderful-we were right next to the train station for our trip the next day to Fort William and you're also right in the middle of Glasgow. So even though we only had a few hours the next morning, we were able to walk right out the Carlton George door and see a few sights. I hope I get to return some day!!!

| Just turn the corner and find yourself at Queen Street Station. The staff was so friendly, the complimentarty mini bar is such a great added bonus, and the room was very comfortable!
