| Very Pleased with our Stay. Bed was a little bit hard but other than that very comfortable. Extremely close to stores and restaurant. Front desk was very helpful with directions even printed them out for us. Free computer use in the lobby plus you can print pages for a very nominal fee.

| Don't get a room on the first floor. I was in a room just off the lobby and registration and there was a lot of chatter that could be heard in the room

| New suite hotel, close to airport, close to Ikea, a little far (20-25 min) from downtown Pittsburgh. Scrambled eggs/waffles/sausage for hot breakfast. Very satisfied!

| I picked this hotel for a short stay in Pittsburgh simply because it was convenient to the airport, and reasonably priced. I was very pleased with the comfortable furnishings in the room. I was specifically looking for a hotel with free high-speed internet access, and theirs proved much easier to use than many others I've fought through lately. I also specifically wanted a coffee-maker in the room, and having a little refridgerator as well was an extra bonus! (the room also had a microwave, although I didn't use it) On the con side, don't expect much of the "fitness center", it's a tiny room with a couple of treadmills and one stationary bike.

| The hotel was nice for the price and close to my appointment, but the person at the front desk was condescending.

| Upon arrival it was discovered that there was a mistake in the booking. We had asked for a room with 2 queen sized beds and had been given one with a king size bed and a pull out sleeper/sofa. Management was extremely cooperative and changed our room within minutes. Room was clean and extra towels and pillows were supplied very quickly. Many restaurants with in a very short distance from hotel. Computer available in lobby for customers usage a nice accommodation. Impressed with the continental breakfast that included muffins, several varieties of ceral, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, fruit, coffee, tea, various juices and cookies. Was slighly disappointed when we discovered that we had to pay to leave our car at the hotel until our return from Las Vegas. But it was still a reasonable rate for 4 days, much less than we would have paid at the airport and of course we had very prompt shuttle service to and from the airport. Highly reccommend this hotel, would stay again without a doubt.

| For what I paid for each night, it wasn't a bad hotel. Quiet, even over a weekend. Nice management personnel, though more casual than I usually prefer. Pretty clean, but not incredibly so. Maids came in each day to make bed, etc., but didn't ever clean toilet or bath. Sometimes missed small details like replacing tissue box. Found some ants running around, but nothing big. I'd probably come back if I couldn't find a hotel with similar prices in my range. Good coffee! Pretty decent breakfast spread. Easy to hook up for Internet access in the room.
