| The only minor problem we encountered was only one of our electronic keys worked. We received two replacements for it and they didn't work either. Once we were able to enter the building via the north entrance or the room, we were completely satisfied with the accomodations and service.

| This hotel is away from downtown, but convenient to the residential "Heights" area. Restaurant had excellent food, room service was prompt and delicious and I loved the clean, comfy beds, luxury linens and firm matress. I wish I could have stayed longer.
