This hotel is very poorly maintained. Instead of a 2 bedroom condo, it looked like a cheap motel. There were holes in the walls and there was trash everywhere. It was a very long walk to the main strip - especially at night, when you are tired. Also, the small pool was brown. It was so gross. Do yourself a favor, book another hotel.

We loved the home like comfort of this hotel. Very spacious and comfy. It had everything we needed and was very quiet. Plenty of parking and close enough to walk to sites. The pool was small but not many people seemed to use it so we kind of had it to ourselves. I loved the wooded setting right at our doorstep. Definetly will return.

This is not a conventional hotel with round the clock staff; however, it was a great value. We had three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, etc. The room was tastefully decorated and relatively clean. We had an amazing view from our balcony and were quite close to the main street, but far enough away that it was quiet. The pool waas small, but adequate. Perfect place for a busy family eager to take in all that Gatlinburg has to offer. Not the right choice for someone wanting to hang out at the hotel the entire trip.

I was very impressed with this hotel/condo. The room was very clean and the overall look of the condo was great. Only drawback was the pool. It was small and did not look very appealing, but the good thing was it is indoors. We were so busy seeing sights the pool was not a setback for us. Don't forget this is more of a condo facility. There is no daily room service, which I truly did not mind. Also, it is a little bit of a walk to the main strip downtown. I would definitely stay there again.

Loved the wooded setting in the back of the hotel. The kitchen was great, we saved some money by fixing some meals and it also allowed us to relax while we ate. The 2 separate bedrooms with their own baths felt more like home, giving a lot more privacy than a hotel room with 2 beds. We would definitely tell anyone planning to go to Gatlinburg to check it out.

We arrived late and key was waiting for us at door in envelope marked with our name. We stayed two nights and did not get fresh towels on day two. Also no soap in bathrooms or kitchen area. A call was made to the office but no soap delivered.

Gatlinburg Towers condos were clean, bigger than I expected and very nice. It had a nice location only about 1/2 mile from the aquarium. The service however was very poor.

It is built right into the forest and is accessible only by tile walkway which can be quite slippery if it is wet out. also, unless you like long walks - plan to drive and park downtown. Also parking is a real problem on the Towers grounds.
