| Plaza is only 4 blocks away and it is cheaper if you need two hotel rooms to rent one of these two bedroom condos. Full kitchen so if you are staying for a while they are good for saving money on food. Cold continetal breakfast was OK but nothing exceptional. Each condo is owned by an individual and they are rented out through this group which provides the management services so rooms may vary in terms of decorations, but I saw in three different units and all were good.

| The Hotel was comfortable and clean, however the service was lacking and there was a charge to have your room cleaned and to use the phone. Also, the free breakfast only ran from 7am to 9am, which I found rather limiting. The rooms are actually condominiums, so they are fairly nice. But if I were to stay in Santa Fe again, I would stay somewhere closer to/in the Plaza.

| We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at the Fort Marcy Suites. Easy walking distance to the Plaza in Santa Fe and a very quiet location. The suite we had was a two bedroom single story unit. It was the perfect place for us to stay with our 21 year old son. Lots of room and privacy when we wanted it. We did not really avail ourselves of the kitchen facilities as the food in Santa Fe is too good for that, but it is there if you want it. We hasd such a good time that we are planning another Santa Fe trip for next year.

| I would definitely recommend this hotel, I saw that there were some negative reviews after I booked the room and was a little concerned. I do not agree in any way with anything negative. The hotel was decorated beautifully, it was comfortable, there was a skylight so you could sit under the stars. It felt like home away from home. Very strongly recommend.

| I have stayed at Fort Marcy several times and will probably return in the future. My stay this time was less than satisfactory. Santa Fe was experiencing unusually hot weather and the air conditioner in the condo did not work 4 of 6 days. Repeated calls to the office proved worthless in getting relief. Management did not offer another condo or an adjustment in the room rate. On a positive note, the condo was very cute and well equipped. The front desk staff was very friendly and pleasant. The location is great!

| up towards the ski area but a 5 minute walk to the plaza. They are really condos not rooms. Very comfortable. We have 3 year old twins, so this was ideal, quiet neighborhood with little or no traffic

| room was dirty when arrived and did not in four days clean the floor or sinks or tubs. the couch had debri from several guests. no vacume or broom was ever in evidence in any of the room service of our entire section. the overall staff was wonderful.. shuttle service was much appreciated and prompt. computer service to guests a plus although always a line of two or more. but still great. We loved it and will go back.

| I'm an economically conscious traveller so when making my plans to visit Santa Fe I was looking for a condo-type setting to avoid the need to eat out at every meal. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Ft. Marcy Suites. We had booked a "basic" one bedroom condo and were surprised upon arrival that we were put into a two bedroom condo at no additional charge. Though we didn't need the extra bedroom, the extra space was nice. The decorating in our condo was "basic" but comfortable. The only issue that we had was that the upstairs air conditioning unit was not working and the temperatures were about ten degrees above normal during our stay. The staff and front desk people were very helpful and friendly with all questions and concerns that we had. The air conditioning was not reparied during our stay but because of the cool evenings it did not turn out to be an issue for us. I loved the location of the suites--I'm a walker/jogger and the views of the mountains and down into Santa Fe were awesome from up on the hillside where it is located. Our visit at Ft. Marcy felt more like staying at someone's home or cabin-rental opposed to a motel stay which was a comfortable experience for us. I would definitely consider staying at Ft. Marcy the next time we return to Santa Fe.

| This was our own condo for less than a hotel room; walking distance to the Plaza. It was a surprise buy! Wish we'd stayed longer.
