This hotel was wonderful. The provided you with all the info you needed. It felt like a 5 star hotel and the room was huge and comfy. The internet surchage was a bit pricy though - 10 bucks an hour or $24 for a days worth. The mini bar was stacked with items and the closet space was awesome. The bathroom was incredible too. The metro station was literally across the street but we did find it better to just walk to nearby attractions. Its quite a pleasant walk to Grand place and there are quite stores along the way. A mall is adjacent to the hotel which is wonderful for the shopper also. banks were also outside of the hotel. Id visit again and recommend this hotel to all.

We were originally staying in Paris and decided to take a last minute quick trip to Brussels. We booked a Club Level room for one night through Expedia, and we were truly pleased. We were checked in on the Club Level by friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was very spacious and quite comfortable with a view of the city. To welcome guests on the Club Level the hotel had Godiva chocolates and bottled water in the room. The concierge recommended and booked us a city tour which we truly enjoyed. We had a quick dinner in the bar which was comfortable and inviting. We were so pleased with the Sheraton that we decided to stay a second night, although the Club Level was not available on the second night, we stayed in a standard king size room which we were truly happy with. Unfortunately, upon my second day in Brussels I became ill; however the hotel concierge arranged for a doctor to see me in my hotel room within 30 minutes. That was definetly great service! I would definetly stay in this hotel again & would highly recommend it to any traveler going to Brussels.

I was attending a conference held at this hotel as well as staying here. As a business venue, it was fine. However, if I return to Brussels I may look into staying at another hotel: the lobby was very tight, the seating area by the lobby was small and usually congested, and there was no place to just sit and talk quietly or read (other than one's room, of course). The staff was attentive, courteous and efficient.
