Features
What to expect: A quiet lobby with a fireplace and traditional furniture has dramatic views of the valley below, expressing this resort's dual nature as a romantic getaway and scenic playground. Couples enjoy the intimate, above-it-all feeling and the day spa. Athletic types take advantage of lighted courts and close proximity to hiking, mountain biking, and golf; families like the pools and children's programs. Amenity highlights: Two swimming pools, nine tennis courts with a pro shop, a children's activity program, a spa and adjoining boutique, a putting green, and elegant and casual dining complete this desert resort. Insider tip: Frank Lloyd Wright built a school of architecture in the Arizona desert in the 1930s, using local materials and student labor. The original buildings are still used by a functioning school that offers fascinating guided tours, just 8 miles from this resort.
Alchemy - A chic, contemporary interior with wood floors and desert colors features floor-to-ceiling windows framing dramatic desert views during the day and city lights at night. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served daily. "New American" cuisine includes breakfast classics along with yogurt granola parfaits and eggs Benedict. Lunch and dinner entrées include mushroom chicken ravioli, pistachio-encrusted sea bass, and Angus filet with grilled portobello mushroom. Pool Pavilion Bar & Grille - Outdoors by the pool, serving simple lunch fare such as hamburgers, nachos, and salads, along with refreshing smoothies and cocktails.

| My husband and I just returned from a week long stay at CopperWynd which we both loved! The views are just beautiful and the Fountain Hills area is great. Our room was very nice with an outdoor patio with expansive views! Copperwynd has nice pools and the food at Alchemy is delicious. The only negative was the poolside service - the staff was not very attentive nor quick to wait on us.

| Nice place, but there was a wedding going on. Small court yard in front of some of the rooms, this is where they have wedding receptions. The music from the wedding will ruin your stay. We had to be relocated to another room, but you could still hear the noise. I was told this place had alot a weddings, My advise is to make sure there is nothing going on when you stay.

| Copperwynd Resort is a very small hotel and spa situated just outside the "hustle and bustle" of Scottsdale in Fountain Hills. The rooms have all amenities, including fireplaces, and wonderful beds with a view of desert, mountain and the "Fountain". The hotel restaurant, Alchemy, is open for three meals and is very good...worth a trip even if you don't stay here. The spa is lovely, with a well trained staff. Grounds are lovely and lavishly landscaped. Only problem was a very weak wireless internet signal. If this is important, demand a room close the to lobby. Staff tried to help and did not charge us for this service.

| This hotel was amazing. I was very impressed with the facility, especially the intimacy of the resort. It was a little bit of heaven in the desert. This was much better than staying at the larger Scottsdale hotels. There was a bit of everything at the CopperWynd: tennis, golf, spa, fitness facility with classes, great restaurant, comfortable bed, etc. Concierge was excellent always helpful in recommending things to do in area or recommending restaurants.

| Stayed just one night in the Copperwynd Resortwish it was longer everything was fantastic. Would highly reccomend to everyone. The service was amazing. The resort is beautiful. The Foodwas fantastic. And best of all the room. Fireplace, King size bed with Italian linens, and a great view! Absolute top notch hope to return again. Made the mistake of staying at the Hyatt resort in Scottsdale overpriced, and absolutely no service. Resort is gorgeous but could not compare to our stay at the Copperwyndgo there you will not be dissappointed!
