| Elegant hotel with highly desirable facilities. Food service is excellent. Recreational facilities are outstanding. Location is quite remote from a major airport requiring about a two hour drive time from Quebec City Airport. Would not hesitate to go to this hotel again for its charm, relaxing atmosphere, and impressive service.

| Very pretty hotel. But the rooms were in the depth of oblivion. Parking was a 10 ten to 13 flights of stairs (the nearby lots fill up early with casino patrons) and no hope of assistance to get you up there the next morning. Food just ok, and the buffet was dreadful. The grounds barely make up for all of this.

| Despite not encountering many other Anglophones, we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is pleasant, the amenities are numerous, and the views of the Saint Lawrence are breathaking. I would highly recommend this hotel.
