| Quality hotel in good location, close to T with prompt free shuttle service. Very easy to get around. Friendly staff. Good breakfast for a quick start to the day. My family has returned to this hotel several times when visiting Boston and I expect we will again in the future.

| We arrived late (1 am), with small children, and were given a smoking room with a king size bed, and a broken air conditioning unit. We had requested non-smoking w/two queen beds. The front desk was at first quite rude and told us there was nothing they could do for us. About ten minutes later they called up and said they were coming to our room, and came with another room key. By then I was fully irritated with the service, and had to re-dress my toddler, get all my stuff back together, and go to another floor. The second room was clean and comfortable, but the first room should never have been rented and the attitude of the management was uncalled for.

| We got in late and I never thought to ask for a no-smoking room. We got a smoking room. It wasn't disgusting but you could smell it. I wouldn't think that I would have to ask for that. Also, I requested a roll away bed and was never told that there would be a charge for the bed. Other than those two things the people were friendly and the breakfast was fine.

| Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. The shuttle was great to get to and from the subway and the airport. The continental breakfast offered something for almost everyone. The computer and printer in the lobby with internet access made it easy to print boarding passes for our departure. Will definitely stay there again next year when we visit Boston for the Marathon.

| We stayed here while in town running the Boston Marathon. It was good to have breakfast every morning. The shuttle service was good too. It was nice to have the service to and from the T station whenever you needed it. The only trouble we had was lack of water pressure and a toilet that backed up. But that did get fixed and overall it was a good trip. We would probably stay again!

| We stayed at this Hampton Inn on a very busy demanding weekend and we were extremely impressed! Clean comfortable rooms, accomadating staff, easy access to the T. Can't say enough. Stay there!
