| This is the nicest hotel I've stayed at in Baton Rouge (and most expensive), but it wasn't that great. The room wasn't extreemly clean, but it was clean enough.

| Been awhile since satisfied in all departments but this Sheraton supplied it all. Not too big, not too small. Beautiful downtown area to stay in. Wonderful attractions for kids close by. Clean rooms, very pleasant and helpful employees. No complaints

| The room and bedding were nice and comfortable. However, the bathroom left a lot to be desired. It was very small and there was barely enough room for one person. Also, the wall was in need of repair in the bathroom. And don't even make the mistake of having to make a long distance phone call from your room - highway robbery!!

| Carpet was filthy and had large holes in it. There were no personal hygene items such as shampoo, mouth wash, lotion, etc. In fact, there was only 1 small bar of soap that had to be moved between the sink and the shower!

| room was clean, but staff was not the brightest or most informed. the front desk staff had no clue about the internet connection in room, like they've never stayed or been in their own rooms. didn't know pool hours, didn't know fitness room hours. the room itself: the a/c unit, a wall unit, not central air, was constantly blowing on then off to maintain temperature. unit is next to the desk, so anyone who is not Frosty the Snowman would get blasted every couple minutes. A/C unit is also so loud that it interrupts phone conversations. felt like a cheap motel room because of that.

| All I have to say is that hotel room was not that clean and the hallway (even though non-smoking rooms) smelled like smoke.

| We were very pleased with the hotel staff at the Sheraton from the bellhop to front desk attendent to the waitress at the restaurant. Parking was easy and convenient. Our room was clean and had the most comfortable king bed I'd ever slept in! I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone else.
