| The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the towels were harsh and so were the paper products. I think an upgrade in these areas would make it a place we would recommend and wish to stay at again.

| We needed a hotel in Forest Grove again, but past experiences in that town were less than satisfactory, so we decided to try nearby Hillsboro instead. We were pleased with the hotel as it was fairly new, not very large, self-parking, breakfast included, etc. The front desk help was less than pleasant, so the hotel could invest in their personnel, training them to be both efficient and welcoming. We will stay there again next Spring when we'll need to be in Forest Grove.

| We have a student attending Pacific University in Forest Grove. We have stayed at many places in the area and have not had as excellent a stay as we did at the Wingate. Everything was top-notch and the service could not have been better. This was a very busy week-end and the Hotel was full, but the entire staff treated everyone as if they were the only guests there.

| Great location. Convenient, quiet and lots of very nice places to get out and take a walk. Close to the train if you want to go into downtown Portland. Breakfast was very nice and had a lot of variety. Staff was very considerate.

| This is a very clean hotel, but the beds were too firm for me. Also, the air conditioner was noisy as it cycled on and off. It would have been nice to be able to leave the fan on continuously.

| Management staff was very friendly, and helpfull and took care of everything that was wrong. Reserved three rooms. One still had used soaps etc in bathroom, and pizza in refrigerator. One had no towels. The heat exchanger did not work in the third.
