| Lee's Inn, Lafayette, IN has suffered a serious decline in cleanliness. Both rooms had cleanliness problems. Wheel Chair accessable shower was so moldy it smelled bad. The free Continental Breakfast was a joke compared to past visits. Minimal number of items and then it was "out of stock." I got the impression that the current management didn't know what it was doing, or did not care to provide decent service and facility. The chlorine in the pool was so high that it burned your eyes in the hallway. The "Hot Tub" was not even as warm as the pool water. Extremely disappointed.

| I signed up for a standard one king bed for my wife and I. I even called to confirm that we would arrive at about 11pm. When we showed up they had reassigned us to two twin beds. After some reluctance they admitted that there were no appropriate rooms left so we ended up staying in a Smoking suite because it was the only room with one queen.

| I think Lee's Inns are underrated...I've stayed in two, Lafayette and Kalamazoo, MI. Our room in Lafayette was nice size with a small table and two chairs, a small wet bar with frig, nice lobby, and a decent continental breakfast. My only complaint is the last two times we've stayed in Lafayette, the pool/spa has been closed.

| This was our second stay at this particular Lees Inn within six months, and on both occasions the rooms were clean and pleasant and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet, but family-friendly. The refrigerator in the room was particularly welcome since were travelling with children and needed to keep juice and milk fresh. The only negative on this visit was that neither the hot tub nor the pool heater were functioning. The pool was open, but the water was cold.

| This hotel was far nicer than what you might expect given the price (at least Expedia's price) and the fact that they welcome pets. It's a nice new-looking building with attractive well-lit corridors and a nice lobby. The room had plenty of space. It was nice to be able to have our little dog with us and still get a non-smoking room, though I'd wonder if they have any pet-free rooms set aside for allergy sufferers. The amenities weren't luxurious, but certainly more than you might expect from a basic family hotel. In addition to the hairdryer and coffee maker there was a wardrobe closet with ironing board, and the mini fridge was a nice plus. Decent little breakfast bar, though not as fancy as on Lee Inns' ad brochure. I didn't get to use the indoor pool area, but it looked very nice and had long opening hours, early morning to late evening. For pet owners it's a little awkward taking the dog in and out through the multiple security locked doors, but this is the price we pay for the quiet security of interior corridors. There wasn't a particular area set aside for pet potty/exercise, and the freeways on all sides were a bit distracting for our pup, but I don't know if any hotel has anything better. In short, I thought I'd have to compromise quality, cleanliness or comfort to travel with the puppy, but instead I lucked into a better place than I'd probably have gotten by just picking a typical family hotel in the same or even higher price range.

| The service wasn't the greatest, but overall the hotel was good. Right off the interstate and close to everything. Safe and secure. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the exercise/pool area is very nice. The continential breakfast was adequate.
