| Room size great. Nice, helpful employees. Breakfast was good. Workout area poorly equipped--old, broken equipment. Pool not stocked with towels two times we went down. Were inadvertently given a smoking room originally and you could smell the heavy smoke odor the minute you entered the room. Overall we were very comfortable.

| The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and a nice size. The pool area was small but nice. The location was great. The only complaint we had was that there didn't seem to be enough help at the front desk. We went up there 3 times and each time had to wait over 15 minutes and there weren't many people in line. They had only 1 or 2 employees and they were always on the phone and trying to check people in.

| If at all possible get your room on the west facing side. Pool was a nice way to relax for a few minutes.

| This hotel was just as the reviews stated. Complaints; the pool was too warm, the maid didn't replace towls, you could hear the people upstairs (taking showers at 3:30 am), and our air unit barly worked. Other than that, it was very nice! I would stay here again. Near everything and only minutes away from downtown Indi and Butler University, but in a quiet area.

| Room was OK but there was falling plaster in bathroom - it didn't fall but... pool was great - fitness center was HOT & HUMID! Breakfast was what we expected and nicely presented.

| This hotel was very nice. The pool and hot tub were extremely warm. The pool is not very deep but it is great for relaxation. I enjoyed my time at this hotel.

| The only bad thing I have to say is that the hotel was doing the laundry at 1:00am. People are trying to sleep at that time. Plus my room was right above the laundry room and it was very loud! The room also had a funky smell to it. But over-all everything else was great. I would definitely stay there again.

| we were very happy with our stay at Lees the managment went over and above to make sure we were happy. the breakfast was plenty and good veriety, the pool was perfect (heated)and the hot tub was hot perfect.overall we will defenetly stay here again, the price was 1/2 of what you would pay somewhere else.
