| There were no problems with the hotel itself just with the people at the front desk. We asked direction on three differnet occasions each time the people seemed to be annoyed. They were not friendly at all. There were brochures in the lobby that offerred guided tours and said to ask at the front desk for availabilty. When we asked the woman said no even with out looking into it. When I asked if she could find out she rolled her eyes and called. The next day we were on a guided tour in San Gimignano. Love to go back to Siena some day just not back to this hotel.

| Very comfortable, modern hotel with air conditioning working perfectly fine (quite a surprise!). Very neat bathroom, clean room, excellent breakfast. You can enjoy a nice view from the DeVico Alto hill. Not a walking distance from Siena: goos only for travelers with cars.

| Very nice hotel. better than average for the hotels we stayed in Italy. Rooms had hardwood floors which were not a problem, just different. Beds were a little hard, but everything was clean and the shower was the best we had in our trip. Did not use the pool as we were there in march, but the view was very nice. Staff was helpful and they ran a tidy ship. Hotel is outside of town, so don't plan to walk anywhere from hotel.
