| Typical LaQuinta Inn quality. Reasonably priced, good pool and spa, continental breakfast, etc. Front office people were atypically unfriendly.

| The first thing that happened was the key to our door did not work, the staff was polite and eager to correct the problem. However, the place could have been a little cleaner. We noticed some spider webs in the stair railing up to the second floor and the lamp shade in our room had some brownish/yellow drippings of who knows what! The flush handle on the toilet broke (it wouldn't flush the morning we left), the toilet also ran the entire time we were there. The shower had quite a bit of mildew and it appeared as if some of the tiles may fall off soon. Overall, I would say that I might try something else next time. It was a budget hotel...and you could tell.

| I called to ask for a remote control for the TV and it arrived in 2 minutes. I had a problem using the waffle maker and the attendant saw it and helped me immediately. Its an older property, but well maintained and clean. Room size was a little small but livable.

| The room was not clean the. The dresser and desk were sticky when I arrived. There were ashes on the floor in both of the rooms I tried. They didn't even have a replacement bulb for the light in one poorly lit room. The staff was pleasant but the lack of room maintenence and cleanliness was very disappointing. I guess I should not expect much for the price I paid.

| Our first impression was "it's just another hotel room" The quantity of breakfast items not sufficient for number of guests. Many complaints from other guests we spoke to.
