| Over priced and lacking in quality from my expectations of a comfort inn. The room was dirty and smelly and really I couldn't wait to get out of there. On the positive side the staff was helpful and the fresh waffles were a treat.

| Hotel was clean, not fancy. Good place for an inexpensive stay. Directly across the street from the Rochester airport. Hotel shuttle available.

| The maintenance of the hotel could have been much better. There was no elevator to go upstairs, which meant we had to carry all luggage up stairways. The hallway in the stairway smelled really bad and my kids always held their breath while walking up or down stairs. Mold in the bathroom around shower. Made us feel we had to be worried about getting something. Carpet not very clean, neither were the blankets or quilts.
