| If you stay in the main tower expect a nice stay. Great views on the west and southern sides. Dining facility looks like an after thought/cafeteria. Lounge is nice. Older two story "motel" part of hotel attached to the main tower is an eye soar and I wouldnt want to stay in any of those rooms.

| husband had seminar here, so baby and i tagged along. great location on colorado and cherry creek blvds, close to shopping and restaurants. nice room, big bed w lots of pillows, although given pillows were uncomfortable and didn't discover good pillow in closet until last night's stay. cleaning lady was sweet, she said to let her know if i need anything b/c of having our baby with. also super target across the street was another nice convenience. pool was nice, clean, but no shade, as i'd been told there was on the phone prior to arriving.

| We had a very nice stay at the Four Points Sheraton by Cherry Creek. The staff was quick to respond to any request. The room was very comfortable. Had a little construction going on and the outdoor pool was inaccessible due to a storm for a while (much to my daughter's disappointment).

| The shower filled up with water while taking a shower with the plug in the open position. No one could assist with taking our luggage from our car to our room. One one person working the check-in desk when we arrived. Tried to check out utilizing the TV Menu but it was out of order. Went down to the front desk and there was a long line and of course only one person was assisting the clients. No drop off box for your keys by the desk. Poor management!

| This hotel was very nice--in a great area. The city park was close, as was the Nature & Science Museum. The big issue for us was the double beds. They don't have queen size-only doubles. That was really the only problem.

| A typical business city hotel showing its age. needs to be refurbished. Expensive when compared to some of the newer hotels along the interstates leading to city center.
