This is my favorite stay in South Beach. Two blocks north of Ocean drive, two blocks to the outdoor dining on Lincoln Rd. Staff is terrific. Beds are comfy, and bath rooms are oversized.

We had a problem checking in because their systems were down, which they mentioned happens sometimes. It took us 2 hours to get a room but they did buy us lunch and some drinks during the wait. The room was really nice, the bed comfortable and the view to the ocean was fabulous. Hotel staff were super friendly and efficient. The pool area got really crowded and we were forced to rent a bed thing for the day (you literally pay for everything there)which is super expensive but, once again, worth it. Overall, we liked the hotel and enjoyed our stay there.

I just came back from the Ritz South Beach and had a wonderful time! I would highly recommend this hotel. I have been to South Beach a few times already and this was my best experience yet. The service was A+, the room was very clean and updated just don't expect much of a view.

We didn't like South Beach itself too much -- overcrowded, overpriced (especially the restaurants) and party music playing everywhere from dawn to well, dawn. However, the Ritz Carlton was an extremely pleasant experience. You can walk right down to the beach and receive beach service; the pool is huge and beautiful; their restaurant is very good; the lobby is gorgeous; the service is very nice although not great. I wish they didn't play that thumping house music so early in the day but it's South Beach so what can you do. The hotel was our favorite thing about our visit to South Beach.

The best hotel I've stayed at in the area. The location is great, the rooms were large (classic and modern) and everything is well-maintained and quality. I was very content there and cannot wait to go back.

If you want to get away and be totally taken care of, this is the place for you. I've stayed at other famous luxury hotels on the strip several times and in terms of room comfort, service and attitude, the Ritz wins hands down.
