| This hotel was absolutely beautiful with a spectacular pool. The bartenders, waitresses, concierge and housekeeping staff were great. Unfortunately the desk staff was rude and inept. My phone was locked the first night and that couldn't be fixed until the next day and when I requested the manager contact me, she never did. At checkout, my phone bill was outrageous (about $70 for 2 long distance calls in the US totalling less than 40 min time) when I balked, I was treated rudely. I asked for the mgr and was told she was out on the property and couldnt be reached. I asked for their home office number and was told they didn't know it. Finally I contacted Expedia while I was still there and they offered me a coupon off my next vacation which I reluctantly accepted, I felt the hotel should have made some kind of effort. I was at the hotel for about 2 hours after checkout and the manager still did not see me. There were no phone rates posted in my room and the checkout experience put a damper on an otherwise great vacation.

| The hotel was completely remodeled after it was hit by a hurricane. The front hall is very elegant and the staff was awesome. The pool was private and very big. You will read reviews here that complain but look at the date. They are all in 2005! As of 2006 all reviews are good. I would recommend however, if you are going to the Keys, you should only pay for a basic room. We got the suite which was awesome but we were only there for the night so not worth spending the money. A lot of honeymooners were there so in this case I would recommend the suite. Also there is an I Hop right next door so don't bother spending money for breakfast at the hotel. There is also a Waffle house too. Someone complained in the reviews about the hotel kitchen hours?? Why would you eat there when there are tons of restaurants all over the island? Anyway have a good time!

| This hotel was a perfect setting for a nice leisure trip. I went with my friends to Key West and were satisfied with the hotel's location, the courteous staff, and the beautiful hotel pool and hot tub. The only complaint we had was the fact that there were no refridgerators in the rooms.

| The Inn at Key West was a great place to stay. All of the staff was excellent and very accommodating. The pool area is very nice and clean. Only complaint is the closing hours of the bar at the pool which may have been due to the fact of it being off season. Over all a great experience and would recommend to all!

| I was very happy with my choice of this hotel. The hotel pool area was tropical, the foilage and plants around the different areas were lush and beautiful. It made you feel like you were in a tropical paradise. Our room was clean with a nice view on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. Loved the Serta Perfect Sleeper, pillowtop mattress. The amenities, shampoo, soaps, wolfgang puck coffees, etc., were all a nice touch.

| This was an excellent hote. The rooms were nice, comfortable and clean. The outdoor cafe had a great breakfast buffet. It is about 1.5 miles from downtown though so be prepared to drive to get there. Find a side street two or three short blocks from Duval St to park on.
