| The ocean front rooms are very nice. The view is great. The only complaint I have is that they would not give us a later check-out time. Our flight did not leave until later in the evening amd they would not give us at least a 3pm checkout as requested.(Their checkout time is noon. They gave 1 extra hour.) We were able to make reservations for this hotel only 1 week prior to our arrival so I know they were not booked up. We wanted to go to the beach and had to use the spa showers and repack in the lobby. But that is my only complaint.

| This hotel is very nice. The people in the hotel are the nicest people I've ever met in the hotel industry. What I really liked is the bed, which had that fru fru bed package. Very comfortable.

| Loved the staff at the hotel, but for a four star hotel we were suprised at the room condition. One of the locks on the door was broken. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The bed while large and comfy to just lie on for a moment was so very soft we had backaches every night. The pool and the entertainment along with everyone who worked there was fun and friendly. Would recommend going even if the room wasn't perfect.

| The beds were comfy, but the hotel was not kept up very well. Looks like a renovation was about to get started. I recommend getting up early for the sunrise. Food was good, breakfest was most pleasurable.

| The hotel bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. One out of three elevators did not work creating long waits. One restaurant and one convenience store were not open during Spring Break because it was out of season. The indoor pool was filthy and full of cotton batting from a toy and the hotel did nothing about it. There were not enought chairs at the pool to accomodate the crowd. I wouldn't go back.

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this top notch Marriott resort. The accommodations were excellent and all of the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. And the restaurants on premise were also very good. We would definitely plan another trip to this Marriott. Great spot!

| This is the second time I've stayed at the Hilton Head Marriott, and both experiences have been wonderful. The staff is efficient & friendly, the conference facilities first rate, and the beds extremely comfortable. If only the weather had behaved. It was warmer in my home of Montana than in South Carolina during my visit. That made for very cold golf.

| The hotel was magnificent. I would recommend it to anyone and look forward to planning a longer trip there. The pool (indoor and outdoor)also was wonderful not to mention the hot tub. We did not eat any of our meals in the hotel but did enjoy going to the shops for snacks. We were there for a family reunion so we did not eat meals in the hotel. The hotel staff gave true meaning to true "southern hospitality".
