| We arrived at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The bed was very comfy and there was an area downstairs where you could buy little snacks 24 hours a day. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and was very convenient. The service that we had was wonderful. The front desk girl could have been a little nicer, but when we called down for trashbags, a very friendly girl was upstairs within minutes. The indoor swimming pool was nice but was packed the whole time. The location was great- Opryland is just across the street as well as the General Jackson Showboat and the Opry Mills Mall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families, couples, or business travelers.

| This hotel is much too overpriced. The room was clean but small. The amenities were very limited. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it unless there is some reason you think you need to be close to the Grand Old Oprey.

| Don't expect the best service in fact don't expect service. Had to go to front desk for anything we wanted including more towels, pillows, blankets etc. wake up calls were always 10 to 15 minutes late. Beds were very comfortable that is the only positive thing I can say about the less than mediocre hotel.
