| Good contemporary hotel. Not very Austrian in it's style may be, but comfortable and clean. A lot of Americans and Japanese were staying there when we were visiting. Nice, quiet street near The Museum District. Walking distance to museums (of course) and to the center of Vienna. Great view of Vienna from our room (just like the one from the folder). The only problem - the air conditioning in our room was not up to American standard (outside temperature was reaching 100 though) - we were unable to get the room temperature down to comfortable (for us) 68-70... Oh, I almost forgot - great breakfast with champaign, fantastic Austrian bread and much, much more tasty stuff!

| We were very happy with this hotel. The breakfast buffet spoiled us for the rest of our European vacation. Nice waitress, Tamara. This is a chain of Hotels and also enjoyed their hotel in Budapest.

| What can I not say about this hotel? It was the best hotel experience I've ever enjoyed. Consistently warm, helpful, welcoming staff - all willing to go out of their way to help with requests, tips for sightseeing, etc. The room was beautiful: comfortable, well-appointed, sleek and stylish design, ample storage. All hotel spaces were elegant, clean. Staircases integrated into the building, not just the usual necessary but seldom-used afterthought to elevators. Bistro/bar well-served by pleasant, professional staff, and offered excellent food; breakfast buffet also a treat. Lovely neighborhood for walking around, with craft stores, restaurants and cafes right nearby. Mariahilferstrasse 5 min walk, MuseumsQuartier and U-bahn 7-10 min walk. Would stay again in a heartbeat and would be inclined to check out this small European chain's hotels in other capital cities.

| Stayed a week. Started everyday with an elaborate buffet breakfast. The hotel is located a minutes walk from several museums. The weather was dreadful on our vacation, but it didn't stop us from touring. The Volkstheater Subway Stop (U2 & U3) is two blocks away. The #49 Tram & #48A Bus are on either corner of this hotel. Traveling is easy, and very frequent service. The hotel is located in an area called Spittleberg, known for it's many fine restaurants. The hotel staff is extremely friendly & knowledgable. The hotel is impeccably clean. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

| 2 blocks from subway; next door to Spittelberg Christmas market; wonderful desk help; room bigger than any in 5 trips abroad; couldn't have been better satisfied.

| This hotel was a great choice. Very modern (the bathroom floor was done in grey granite), with modern amenities. It was located near all the museums and all transportation.
