| We had traveled to Arlington to be with our daughter, while our Grandson had surgery at Cooks Childrens Medical Center. My husband ( terminal ill) had to stay behind that day of Surgery. I had ask at the front desk if someone may check on him while I was at the Hospital. They had checked noumerous times and delivered a message to him, when he was unable to reach the phone. A very pleasant experience. Than YOU !!!
