| I was nervous about taking my puppy with me but the staff loved her. The restuarant staff surprised my daughter with a breakfast bar "birthday cake" the morning of her birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

| The hotel was a nice hotel for business, not alot of character and no "harbor" views. The hotel is right in town and convenint for highway access. Lacked charm and not necessarily worth the price.

| The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to some great restaurants on Ceres Street and to historical sites such as Strawberry Banke. We had a club level room with a view of the water which was a nice bonus. This is one of the two or three places I'd recommend to stay in the Seacoast area.

| The best part of this hotel is the location. It is located in the center of downtown Portsmouth near all of the quaint little shops, restaurants and more. In addition, it is 2 exits away from the Maine outlets which makes for a great day of shopping. Overall, I was quite pleased with the room, the service and the hotel restaurant. I would definitely stay again.

| The hotel is a smaller convention hotel right on the harbor. The staff was extremely friendly and were very attentive to our needs. Unfortunately during our stay, we had loud neighbors, which prevented us from getting a good nights stay. However, the hotel did provide complimentary breakfast as a token of good guest relations. We felt it was a great way for the hotel to leave us with a satisfying and rewaring stay and we left with pleasantly great memories.

| The hotel is very nice and clean. When we first arrived at our room we were on the second floor and had a view of the parking lot. The staff were very accomadating and put us on the fifth floor(club level)at no extra cost. The view of the harbor and the sun rise was beautiful. The continental breakfast was great and all the staff were very friendly.
