| Checked in easily and was given a choice of rooms - asked for a view of the city and got it - with a smile! The bed was really comfortable and I wasn't afraid to get under the covers for fear of yucks, etc. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Although the T stop was close, it was raining so being a bit closer would have been better. We travelled with our 10 year old son, and we all enjoyed the small pool. updated machines, and hot (a good thing) hot tub. You will not regret it if you chose this hotel.

| The Hilton Back Bay is primely located for everything. It has an amazing mall across the street, great restaurants, is a block from Newbury, and has easy access to transportation for touring, with a trolley stop outside the hotel. I was extremely impressed.

| I am a very picky woman who travels for business. I frequently stay in this hotel (at least once a month) and I have consistently been pleased with the room, the service, the location, the friendliness of the staff, the room service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone whether it's for a business trip or a family vacation!

| We love to stay at this hotel when going to Red Sox games, because it is just a five minute walk to the ballpark. It has a nice pool and fitness facilities. The restaurant is reasonably priced with a decent breakfast buffet and a good place to bring children. Rooms are on the small side, but well appointed and very clean.

| I had a very nice welcome from the front desk staff, and was not made to feel guilty for being a few hours early for check-in. The front desk always sets the tone for me, and my stay at the Hilton was perfect from start to f inish. The location is perfect- very close to shopping and great restaurants. I don't think I'll bother looking elsewhere in Boston- the Hilton is my hotel:-)

| we had a great weekend in Boston at the Hilton. It's a short walk to Back Bay restaurants and shops. The room was clean and comfortable, and the onsite parking was convenient. The pool and health club were recently renovated, and both were great! we'll be back.
