| The beds were comfortable. The pillows weren't the greatest. You couldn't even use the phone for a local or toll free call without a surcharge. The food in the restaurant was poor. The hotel was clean but could use some remodeling, the carpets are worn and stained and the walls are marked up. Bathrooms are small. Your room didn't give you that homey feeling, the chairs were uncomfortable.

| Front desk staff are very helpful and accomidating. I needed to check in early due to my hectic schedule, and they found a non-smoking room for me. Great customer service, which is extremely rare these days! Good work guys!!

| Business Center has one PCR and printer which is adequate. My room did not have a refrigerator. Convenient to University and downtown in NE Minneapolis.

| The bar closes at midnight, which was shocking to me. Also, room service was done at 10:30. They charge for local calls. The room we stayed in the air conditioner was very poor and throughout the whole hotel it was extremely warm. The room was comfortable and the price was reasonable.

| Nice value, comfortable beds, read on another review that air conditioning didn't work well, it was 100 and humid while we were there and we were very comfortable, the hallways and lobby were very warm though
