| Our stay at the Country Inn Suites was a real joy. Now only did the staff work well to make our stay quite easy one staff member went well out his way to help us. We could'nt thank him enough. We like the book return policy and the very tasty FULL breakfast offered each morning. Our room was very clean and layed out well. We really liked the extra kitchen items in our room as well. We will be using this hotel in the future.

| We were at the Country Inn Stes in Grand Rapids for 4 days and 3 nights. When we got there we were earlier than the check in time due to our flight arrival. We called the hotel and they told us they would have a room ready by noon and we could check in ! Great News for us. We were completely satisfied with our stay. The bathroom drain in our room was sluggish and when we reported it the problem was fixed by the time we returned to our room later in the day. The location of the hotel is kind of tricky as it is next to the parking lot of the Meijerr grocery store but is in a great location over all. The complimentary breakfast was more than we expected and very good. Everything was great with the exception of the free wireless internet. We were not able to stay connected or have a good experience with it on any of the days we stayed. We called the internet provider but this did not help either. Hopefully other people had a better experience with this. But overall, it is a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone other than someone depending on the internet.

| There was a nice porch area to sit on to relax. they had popcorn and veggies during the 4-7 hours. The breakfast was good with eggs and sausages along with the cereal, pastries and so on.

| The hotel was fine. Our stay was terrible. We were put in a room right next to a room and hallway full of 8 year old soccer boys. They were up late, made lots of noice, ran down the hall late at night and there were 25 of them at the crowded pool. We did not sleep at all, because we would hear them until 1:00 pm. We will not go back.

| The location of the hotel is a bit hidden - in the Meijer supermarket complex but once there it has all of the amenities ....lots of towels, a great breakfast, Pool, fireplace in lobby and a nice staff. The shuttle to the airport runs from four am so it is perfect for the overnight stay for the traveller. It is pet-friendly and very homey...we liked it!
