| We chose to stay at the Country Inn and Suites as a half way point on the drive from Iowa and New Orleans, and were really not expecting a lot... dinner and a bed. The staff was wonderful, they recommended a great little restaurant down the street that was delicious, and most of all the hotel was spotless! We were totally delighted, and in fact it was much nicer for a fraction of the cost than the place we stayed in New Orleans. Definitely on my list of great places to stay!
