| this is not a luxury hotel, but it has all the basics and is located at a convenient location. It was perfect as the base for sightseeing and I would definitely stay there again.

| I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were brisk and efficient, the room was small but functional and clean (I had no windows which took some adjusting to), and the breakfast buffet was really extensive. It is centrally located above a not-very-exciting department store; once you take the lift downstairs, you are right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of shops, restaurants, farmer's and flower markets, the Kulturehuset, and public transportation options. It was a good deal for the money I paid.

| Since this hotel has rooms without windows, it is an excellent option for those of us who have trouble sleeping during the brightky lit Swedish summer nights.

| This hotel is in the perfect location to enjoy all that center city Stockholm has to offer. Close to shopping, Old Town, the train station and many other destinations. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean with a great breakfast to start your day. The room was a bit small, no windows and had two twin beds instead of one double bed.

| This hotel had the perfect location for us! It was within one block of the main shopping street, right next to a movie theater and the open air market, restaurants and bars across the street and only 4 blocks from Stureplan where all the best clubs are located. The T-bana (subway) is right across to street and it's 2 or 3 stops from all the other areas of town you'd want to visit. My only complaint was that we had a room with a balcony facing the market (we loved the balcony and view) but on Saturday night there was a live band playing at the bar across the street and even with the windows closed it was quite loud well past midnight. If you are young you'll just roll with it...it was good music at least!

| In a town known for outrageous hotel prices, the Rica Kungsgatan stands out as a value. Great location, with underground parking and subway stop just nearby. Excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel was filled with European business men and women, which is a good indication of what a value it is.

| The hotel is not luxurious but is in the center of things and the staff was very responsive. They do not have a restaurant but do serve a buffet breakfast which is good. Our room was clean (no rugs on the floors.) I recommend getting the best room possible as some rooms are without windows--do not book one of those. Our room had a sitting area, comfortable bed and bath with shower. It was larger than the cheaper rooms. The Swedes are warm and lovely people.
