| We strongly recommend this hotel. It is not right in the heart of the old town of Heidelberg, but I imagine more reasonably priced than ones there and it's only about a 10-15 minute easy walk to the old town. Comfortable, big, modern rooms in such a beautiful building. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful with train schedules, directions, etc. Very close to the train station. Defintely consider for your next stay in Heidelberg.

| The hotel was fantastic, close to the old city and lots of great restaurants. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. My only complaint was the housekeeping - they didn't leave toiletries in the room (although a colleague in a different room on a different floor had an ample supply) and towels weren't always changed. She didn't take out rubbish either.

| Tasteful hotel about a 15 min walk from city center and train station. Great Bavarian resteraunt attached. The standard room was quite large with a modern bathroom (& good water pressure, always my pet peeve).

| The Hotel and service was really good. The only problem we had was actually finding the place. If you are driving to this hotel, don't look for a huge sign telling where the hotel is located. There is only one small sign that is very obscure, so keep your eyes open. Otherwise, we had a great stay there. The rooms were clean and nice, and the staff was very friendly.

| This was our last hotel of four hotels on our vacation to Paris, London & Heidelberg. It was by far the nicest hotel we stayed in and cost less than two of the other hotels. Our room was large--it had a desk, tv, microwave, sink & minibar & a large dressing area w/ a mirror, hangers & a shelf across from the bathroom. We liked the down comforters--It was very clean. They had an iron & an ironing board that we used. The hotel also had what looked like a nice place to eat although we didn't get a chance to go there. Also it is a four star hotel not a three star hotel.

| Very clean hotel, big clean room, good service. Pleasant people at front desk who happily called a cab for me. Restaurant decent. I had the dinner buffet and a beer for 21 Euros. Completely acceptable without being stellar. About a three minute cab ride from the main train station.

| Rooms were clean, nice and comfortable. Friendly, professional service. They could lose the funky sling chair as it is not all that great. They use it at the Frankfurt Airport NH too so they must be proud of it...ugh. Parking is typical European cozy. The Chrysler 300M we had didn't really fit the underground garage. The walk to old town is just right and interesting.
